Expert Guest Speaker Rob Gibson Returns in 2015

I am always honoured to spend time with Networking expert, Ron Gibson from Go Networking. I shared an hour of this gentleman's time yesterday sharing what we both do in business and how we can both assist each other. The bonus is I always learn something new whenever we do, which is is what collaboration, for me is all about; supporting and always learning. And delighted to have received an email from the man himself saying:

I'm always impressed with your enthusiasm for your work. You're doing a great job of bringing people together and hel;ing them to succeed and prosper. It's great working with you.

Appreciate feedback from a colleague I have great respect for.

I am thrilled to confirm that Ron is available and delighted to present again to Out of the Box Biz the topic "A Systematic Approach to Building and Maintaining YOUR Networks for Growth" at our 16 September 2015 event. This will be an hour long presentation outlining a plan and strategy of actions to how to build connections and relationships to build referrals with the outcome of business growth.

I have now confirmed all of our expert guest speakers for 2015 and now only need to confirm our 2 key note speakers for our July and December celebration events.

Do contact me if you'd like to know more about attending our events as a guest or becoming one of our exclusive 120 members (only 40 new places currently available).

How I do it all?

Many, many friends and colleagues are continually asking me, 'How do you do it all?'

And sometimes I do ask myself that very same question... but jokes aside.

How do I do it all? I found a software program that suits my needs, my way of thinking but also complements how I work. Which ultimately replaces the role of a Virtual Assistant (VA). I indeed intend on engaging a VA at some point but that is for assistance with face-to-face or phone contact tasks. If a task can be automated, then why not? It means I'm able to deliver a higher level of service and increase my face-to-face contact availability.

My greatest needs are to have my daily tasks managed and completed. I run a monthly meeting which means not only do I have repeated daily tasks but weekly and monthly. I acknowledge at this point that this is overwhelming initially, how many simple tasks you repeat over and over and over again. But once you're able to 'get over' the initial feeling of overwhelm, it's important to document your tasks and work out how you can put them into a system that then can be automated. I am still very much on a steep learning curve on this one. And am about to engage a professional to assist me with this because I see the value of doing so now.

The software program that suits my needs and the way I think and work is Ontraport. But if this is all brand new to you my recommendation would be to start small and begin with their baby version (as I did about 3 years ago) SendPepper. Progressively I have worked my way up the levels of their subscriptions as my needs grew and my understanding of the software grew too.  Good luck and feel free to share your own experiences with me on this topic.

An Image says 1000 Words

Imagery and Branding are so important in this modern, technical, online world, don't you think? Although I have always known this, a recent experience updating my business portraits for future marketing and personal branding campaigns has had an effect far greater on myself as a person and in business than what I ever imagined.

The photo session directed by Kelvin Chong from Image Style Studio simply far exceeded any of my expectations that I have ever had in a professional photo session. Kelvin is a professional that asks key questions to get to know you as a person and your business, applies simple strategies to assist you to relax and to get the best version out of you in front of his camera lens. Not one that is at ease in a professional photography environment I am delighted with how Kelvin has been able to capture my personality within a professional context, including some 'out of the box' shots.

I highly recommend to any business professional wanting to portray who they are in business; professionalism, your personality and style to spend a couple of hours with Kelvin Chong. As you can see the images speak for themselves. Here are a few of my favourites:
